Gems of Care

The vision of Gems of Care is for all children with potentially life-threatening conditions to receive coordinated care that addresses their medical, social, emotional and practical needs over time and across settings. By supporting Gems of Care from its inception, Jewelers for Children is playing a central role in transforming the quality of care for this vulnerable and frequently neglected population. Each year, through their involvement in Gems of Care, hundreds of pediatric health care professionals will have access to technical assistance, educational activities, and web resources that will shape the care they provide for thousands of children and families across the country.
